Unoficial Models Making Group "Szczeciński Paprykarz Modelarski" and TPD SZCZECIN I would like to invite all modelers on III edition our Festiwal in Szczecin. The work on the organization of the festival still last. We present rules of the Festival.




1. The organizer of the III Festival of model "Paprykarz " in Szczecin are:

2. The festival aims to popularize cardboard and plastic modeling among children and young people as a form of leisure, making manual skills and spatial imagination, striving for accuracy and regularity at work. Environmental integration of model from different regions of the country and from abroad, sharing the experience of modeling and promotion of the City of Szczecin and the West Region.

3. The festival will take place from 4-6 October 2013 at the Museum of Transport and Technology in Szczecin Niemierzyńskiej 18A Street.

4. The festival is open to the public may participate in individual modelers, associations, and clubs Pattern of the country and abroad. Number of models and the age of the participants are endless.

5. Provides a breakdown into the following age groups:

J - a junior and 17 years
S - senior over 17 years old

6. The Festival may be made of cardboard and plastic models, and other materials. Submitted model must be made personally by the modeler, in case of doubt as to the model reported by the organizers reserve the right to explain their hobby and the decision whether or not exclusion from the competition model.

7. The festival is not open to models that took place I-III in previous editions of the PAPRYKARZ.

8. Each participant may submit any number of models. In the general classification will be taken into account only the best model participant in the class.

9.In the case of too little (less than 3) exposed models in the class organizers reserve the right to combine classes or moving models in classes / categories of less planted.

10. Models submitted to the competition judges evaluate the committees appointed by the organizers of the Festival. Assessment models will be carried out on the principle of "like it or not." Commission when assessing take into account aesthetics, degree of difficulty and accuracy of the models.

11. Card models will be evaluated in the classroom and in the classroom STANDARD OPEN (indexed).
Through the class STANDARD understand models straight from the cutouts glued / set which retain the original painting presented in the cutout with the use of carefully retouch color stains. It is possible to use photoetched parts, such as rails, ladders, antennas and metal barrels, fairing embossed foil, thread, string, or parts cut by laser plotter. Allowed internal stiffening hulls with foam and cardboard but in a way that does not breach the outer cardboard shell.

Through the class OPEN understand cutouts glued models, models of the Internet, all models in the cut and laser-models built from scratch (the main material is paper), which may be any modifications to the shell (filling, painting, plating external model, the addition of electronic components, mechanical, photoetched parts, stamped, turned, cut with a laser plotter, etc.).

Models FREESTYLE is arbitrary models of real objects, machines, devices made from scratch in any material.

12. Cardboard models in the class of open documentation is required. FREESTYLE models documentation in the form of plans, drawings or photographs must show the prototype of which is based on the performance of the model. For other models, documentation is not required.

13. In cases of dispute, the decisions of the Jury are final.

14. Participants of the festival Fees start at a redemption bricks TPD of 5 zł per participant for the first model and 2 zł for each additional. The startup fees are exempt juniors and modelers and models are not participating in the competition.

15. The judges are part of the Jury and organizers can not directly expose the models in the competition but only in the presentation of non-competition. In the case of Judges ban applies only to the class in which judging.

16. For modelers who gain places 1-3 are provided diplomas and medals, also in the junior group for places 1-3 will be awarded prizes. The Ground Jury reserves the right to award additional prizes in different classes and age groups.

17. The organizers provide special prizes.

18. The organizers do not provide accommodation, but only suggest the best places to stay.

19. The organizers do not provide insurance models and Participants.

20. The organizers do not provide meals.

21. Arrival of participants is done at their own expense.

22. The organizers do not provide shipping prizes to participants absent from the closure of the festival and the prizes.

23. Interpretation of the rules shall belong exclusively to the organizers and will be final.

WARNING! Access to the exhibition halls and Communication Technology Museum, located in the Festival for the exhibition rooms for the participants during his lifetime to be free, for the other people visiting the ticket prices will be reduced by 50%.

The festival presents an exhibition of military helmets. Information about other accompanying events will be announced at a later date.
In addition, there will be exchange Modelling. We anticipate the possibility of issuing different corners of the club presenting modeling clubs and organizations.
